Customer Complaints

If You Have Any Complaints Regarding The Consumer Finance Services, Kindly Submit It Accordingly:

  • Personally: Kuwait City, Al Murgab area, Al-Soor Street, Jassim Tower, 9th Floor, during the official working hours from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Mail: Filling out the form and sending it by mail to the following address: Kuwait, Al Murgab area, Jassim Tower, 9th Floor O. 25601 SAFAT 13117 KUWAIT.
  • E-MAIL: filling out the customer complaints form and sending it by e-mail to complaint-amific@almullafinance.com
  • Customers Complaints Unit Phone: 22960267

General Remarks:

  • "Customer Complaints" unit will respond to the complaint within 15 business days from the date of receiving the complaint.
  • The customer must fill in all the information required in the customer complaints form.
  • Complaint Unit will not consider the complaint or respond to it unless filling the attached complaint form.

I represent that all supplied information are accurate and a true reflection of facts. I undertake to bear full responsibility for any misleading statements or inaccuracies contained herein. I also represent that the subject matter of this complaint is currently not being heard at any court not did I commence any judicial application or measure in this regard. Any rights to seek any other remedial measures are hereby relinquished I come to a corrective agreement with the company successfully acts upon its terms and conditions. I further undertake not to resubmit any complaint to the Central Bank of Kuwait in connection with the subject matter furnished herein.
